Carl Knightly

Ambassador

Carl is the Director of Church Engagement at London City Mission (LCM). He leads LCM’s relationships with senior church and Christian leaders across the UK, building partnerships to share the gospel with London’s least-reached communities. He also oversees the church engagement team, supporting churches in prayer, mission, and giving.

Before joining LCM, Carl was the first Chief Executive at Faith in Later Life, taking the organisation from its infancy to charitable status. He founded the Faith in Later Life Church Champion network and remains a keen advocate for older people, having previously worked on the senior team at Pilgrim’s Friend Society. Carl is also a Trustee at Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF).
