Steve Cramer
Trustee
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Steve’s professional career combines being the CFO of a large restaurant group and a senior non-executive director of a rapidly growing, social-first creative agency. A Christian since the age of 14, he joined a group of Christians in 1985 to drive across the Sahara visiting famine-hit areas in West Africa. This experience challenged and deepened his faith, leading to a lifelong love for Africa.
Steve has worked with Tearfund in Uganda and Tanzania and was part of the leadership team in the refugee camps following the Rwandan Genocide. He is currently the Chair of a Ugandan-focused Christian charity and has previously served as a trustee of a Malawian street children’s charity. A regular speaker and preacher, Steve co-developed the Hymns We Love series with his wife, Pippa. He is a founding trustee of The Silver Hope Trust and is passionate about ending loneliness and building connections with the elderly.

Over the past year, she has served as a Trustee and member of the PCC, using her gifts in leadership, encouragement, and prayer. She is also involved in supporting several charities connected to the hospitality sector. Sharon has a particular heart for serving seniors within the church and beyond.
